Marella Cruises announces new "Suite Service Max" offering for customers across the fleet

Marella Cruises has announced the launch of its enhanced “Suite Service Max” for its customers across its entire fleet of ships. Beginning this Summer 2026, TUI’s UK ocean cruise line, is offering guests staying in Royal Suites, Voyager Suites and Executive Suites a refreshed collection of premium benefits designed to deliver personalised and enhanced services to its customers.

Following the successful trial onboard Marella Explorer last year, “Suite Service Max” has been introduced as an elevated range of in‑suite comforts, exclusive dining privileges and surprise‑and‑delight moments, ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable stay from the moment they step onboard.
Guests staying in “Suite Service Max” accommodations will enjoy a curated selection of premium enhancements, including complimentary daily breakfast in‑suite with continental and hot items, Afternoon Tea delivered once per week, a welcome gift featuring chilled Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne and handmade truffles, Elemis full‑size toiletries and GHD hairdryers in-suite, daily replenished water carafes and additional Lavazza coffee pods.
Further exclusive privileges include priority embarkation with a dedicated check‑in queue, reserved breakfast seating in a designated area of the Main Dining Room, two complimentary bags of laundry per week, a complimentary 3,000MB internet package per guest per week, a gold‑coloured cruise card and a complimentary 9:00 AM late check‑out on disembarkation day.

The Suite Service Max programme will be available across all Marella ships: Marella Explorer, Marella Explorer 2, Marella Discovery, Marella Discovery 2 and Marella Voyager. Across the fleet, more than 40 suites fall under the new Top Suites category, including Royal Suites, Voyager Suites, and Executive Suites.
