Marella Cruises announces headline acts for Musical Med-leys cruise including Lee Mead, Jenna Lee James and Zoe Birkett

Marella Cruises, TUI’s UK cruise line, has announced its headline acts for its first ever musical themed mini cruise, ‘Musical Med-leys’ on Marella Voyager for October 2026. The themed cruise will include musical style performances from headline performer and West End legend Lee Mead alongside West End stars, Zoe Birkett and Jenna Lee James.

Lee Mead, the winner of BBC series ‘Any Dream Will Do’ to take the role of Joseph in the West End in 2007 will be performing classic songs from ‘Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat’ and music from his album ‘Nothing Else Matters’ and ‘Lee Mead’. Lee will also be hosting a Q&A onboard sharing his experience on the BBC show and the insights into the glitz and glamour of theatre life.

Other acts include West End Leading Lady and International Singer, Jenna Lee James who is best known for playing Elsa in ‘Frozen’ in London. The Scottish Singer will be singing the biggest hits from West End Musicals onboard. Also joining the line-up is acclaimed West End star Zoe Birkett, best known for her powerhouse portrayal of ‘Tina Turner’ in the West End production of ‘Tina: The Tina Turner Musical’. Renowned for her electrifying vocals and commanding stage presence, Zoe will bring a dynamic performance celebrating iconic hits and standout moments from her career on stage and beyond.

This mini cruise will feature specially produced shows celebrating some of the most iconic musical hits, all set on stage in the Broadway Show Lounge. Guests can look forward to classic sing-along moments, impressive choreography and a lively atmosphere. For musical enthusiasts, there will also be fun trivia sessions and themed activities to enjoy throughout the sailing.

The five-night themed cruise on Marella Voyager takes place from Friday 30th October 2026 - Wednesday 4th November 2026, setting sail from Corfu, Greece, with two days at sea then calling at Palma (Majorca), Cartagena and finishing in Malaga, Spain.
