The event takes place November 2-16 aboard the luxurious 3,660-guest Sky Princess and will inspire guests and gourmands with cooking demonstrations, tutored tastings, cocktail classes, hands-on workshops, and more.

“I cannot wait to be onboard Sky Princess for the Good Food Show at Sea and meet likeminded travellers who are passionate about new destinations, sights, sounds and flavours from around the world. Lisa and I want to make this a really fun trip for all with personal cookery demos and a Q&A”, Torode said.

Lisa Faulkner, actress, cookery writer and presenter, first came to British screens as a leading actress starring in numerous high profile TV dramas including Holby City, Spooks and Dangerfield. In 2010, Faulkner made her mark on the food world when she won BBC1’s Celebrity MasterChef. Ever since, she’s been on a remarkable food journey, sharing her wealth of knowledge through her best-selling cookbooks, on her hugely popular Instagram channel, as a regular contributor to ITV’s Lorraine, and through the ITV show she hosts with her husband John Torode, John & Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen, where they create family recipes achievable for all.

Faulkner said: “I’m looking forward to taking to the seas to share my recipes with the Princess guests. Good Food Show at Sea is a wonderful idea and a great way to share the love of food with guests on board.”

Born in Minori on the Amalfi Coast, Gennaro Contaldo is widely known as the Italian legend who taught Jamie Oliver all that he knows about his homeland’s national cuisine. As a regular on the Good Food Show stage, Contaldo is well prepped to teach it to attendees too.

Contaldo’s TV credits include the popular series Jamie Cooks Italy, where he introduced Oliver to a number of Italian nonnas and featured their many shared recipes, and BBC2’s Two Greedy Italians alongside the late, great Antonio Carluccio.  He also regularly appears as the Italian food expert and main guest chef on BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Jamie and Jimmy’s Friday Night Feast and Jamie’s Christmas.
