Norwegian Epic Giveaway

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Tom & Dom Travel ("the Promoter").

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the date of entry.

Employees, immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

The giveaway is open worldwide where permitted by local laws.

3. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

• Subscribe to Tom & Dom Travel on YouTube

• Follow Tom & Dom Travel on Facebook and Instagram

• Like and share the giveaway post

• Comment "Make Me An Epic Winner!" on the giveaway post

Additional entries may be earned by tagging friends in the comments, up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries per entrant.

Only one entry per person will be counted unless additional entries are earned through tagged friends.

4. Competition Period

The giveaway opens upon publication of the giveaway post.

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 17 July 2026.

Entries received after the closing date and time will not be included in the draw.

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• One official Norwegian Cruise Line bag

• One official Norwegian Cruise Line bear

• One handwritten postcard from Villefranche, France

• One set of Norwegian Cruise Line pencils

The prize is non transferable, non refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place on or before 19 July 2026.

The method used to select the winner will be determined by the Promoter.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the giveaway.

7. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced during the Tom & Dom Travel YouTube and Facebook Live broadcast on 19 July 2026.

The winner may also be announced via:

• Facebook

• Instagram Stories

• YouTube Community Tab

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The winner is responsible for providing an accurate postal address for delivery of the prize.

9. Delivery

The Promoter will arrange postage of the prize at no cost to the winner.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for items lost, delayed, damaged, or undelivered by postal or courier services.

10. Data Protection

Any personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and the delivery of the prize.

Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil prize delivery requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, internet failures, or platform issues.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or Norwegian Cruise Line.
