Le Havre

The Port of Le Havre, founded in 1517 by King Francis I, is a vibrant hub of maritime activity and a jewel of French heritage. As France's second-largest port, it handles over 70 million tonnes of cargo annually, highlighting its crucial role in international trade. Beyond its economic prowess, Le Havre is a UNESCO World Heritage site, celebrated for its modernist architecture and rich cultural offerings.
Visitors can explore the André Malraux Museum of Modern Art, stroll through the picturesque Hanging Gardens, and admire the innovative design of the Church of St. Joseph. With its blend of historical significance, modern efficiency, and cultural attractions, the Port of Le Havre is a gateway to both commerce and discovery.
