First Impressions & Tech Upgrades in Cabin C215
Stepping inside cabin C215 on deck 10 of Enchanted Princess, the overall layout immediately feels much lighter and more open than expected. The walkway from the main entryway into the room feels broad, bright, and practical.
One of the first things you will spot on the wall by the door is the stateroom key card slot. Interestingly, you only use a physical key card to keep the room power switches turned on, as room access itself is handled by your Medallion wearable.
If you have selected the Princess Premiere package, your stateroom access also integrates directly with the onboard Princess Prizes game. You can check your status and see what rewards you have unlocked right as you open your cabin door.

Wardrobe and Storage Space: What Impressed Us
The storage setup inside cabin C215 was easily one of the most surprising highlights of our entire cabin tour.
Immediately off the entryway sits a floor-to-ceiling mirror and a semi-enclosed walk-in wardrobe area.
The wardrobe rail includes an abundance of coat hangers, giving you ample room to unpack suits, dresses, and bulky jackets. Your emergency lifejackets are neatly stored on the top shelf, leaving plenty of floor space below for your luggage bags.
Plentiful Hangers: Plenty of standard hangers are provided in the main wardrobe rail.
App Requests: If you ever run out of hanging space, you can request extra hangers directly through the Medallion app.
Dedicated Cupboard: A separate tall cupboard unit provides extra shelving for folded clothing.
Digital Safe: The shelf-mounted safe is ideal for passports, wallets, and tablets, though full-size laptops will not fit inside.
Bathroom Tour: The Hits and Misses
Moving into the stateroom bathroom, the space is functional, clean, and modern, though it does come with a couple of familiar cruise ship quirks.
The vanity unit includes a clean sink, useful under-sink shelving for washbags, and mounted Lotus Spa products, including hand soap, lotion, shower gel, and 2-in-1 shampoo. Fresh hand towels and face cloths are replenished regularly.
The shower stall itself offers a surprisingly generous amount of space so you do not feel restricted while washing.
However, Princess Cruises still uses the dreaded fabric shower curtain in these standard cabins instead of a sleek glass door.
Our biggest pet peeve in the entire bathroom layout is the location of the toilet paper holder. For some strange reason, it is installed practically a mile away from the actual toilet, requiring an awkward stretch every single time.

Main Living Area & Cabin Comforts
Moving into the heart of the cabin, you are met with two wall hooks for hanging coats or bags, as well as an easy-to-use digital air conditioning controller.
Directly opposite the bed, a massive flat-screen television is mounted on the wall. It offers a fantastic selection of complimentary on-demand movies, TV programs, and live ship information channels.
For sailings departing from the UK, Princess provides a dedicated kettle setup equipped with mugs, tea bags, coffee sachets, and sugar. If you are sailing elsewhere, you can simply request kettle facilities from your stateroom steward.
Dressing Table: Features three deep pull-out drawers, with the top drawer housing a fixed hairdryer.
Mini-Fridge: Tucked neatly under the desk counter, perfect for keeping water bottles and cold drinks chilled.
Bedside Tables: Located on both sides of the plush Princess Luxury Bed, complete with lower storage drawers.
Tech Charging: Each bedside reading lamp includes an integrated USB port for charging your devices overnight.
The overall decor feels elegant, bright, and modern, featuring stylish framed artwork on the walls. While there is no sofa in a standard balcony stateroom, the walkway space around the bed feels broad and completely unconstrained.

The Balcony Breakdown: Is It Too Small?
Stepping through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors brings you out onto your private balcony. On deck 10, cabin C215 benefits from unobstructed views looking out across the water and forward toward the ship bridge.
The balcony comes equipped with two patio chairs and a small circular drink table. However, as many cruisers have noted online, the balcony footprint itself is undeniably narrow.
The blue outdoor chairs feature multi-notch reclining backs. The catch is that if you adjust the chair back to its lowest reclining position, there is virtually zero legroom remaining against the glass barrier.
If you simply want a quiet spot to sip a morning coffee, read a book upright, or take photos as you enter port, the balcony is spot-on. But if you plan on laying back and sunbathing on your veranda for hours, you might find the space a bit restrictive.

The main cabin interior feels proper spacious, offering far more clever storage space and wardrobe room than many competing cruise ships in this class. The Princess Luxury Bed is exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a cracking night of sleep every single night.
The compact balcony size and the fabric shower curtain are small disappointments, but they certainly do not ruin the experience. For couples or solo cruisers seeking an affordable, high-tech, and quiet balcony stateroom, this cabin is worth every penny.
